Vendor Rules & Regulations

The Healthy Lauderhill Marketplace is being brought to you by Island Sips Juice & Salads and FeelWell Magazine on Saturday, March 11th from 10 AM - 3 PM. This indoor/outdoor event takes place in the Island Sips Lot at 7224 W. Oakland Park Blvd in Lauderhill, FL 33313. Parking is FREE but limited. There are many opportunities for both nonprofit and commercial organizations to raise money and gain exposure by participating as a vendor. FOOD and/or drink VENDORS are not permitted at this event. All food and drink sales are exclusive to Island Sips Juice & Salads.

Set Up and Breakdown Times 

  • Location – 7224 W. Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderhill, FL 33313

  • Date – Saturday, January 14th, 2023

  • Set-up Time – Between 8 AM - 9:30 AM

  • Festival Start & End Time – 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Break-down Time – 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM 

You will be able to off load and load in the designated vendor loading/offloading area. After offloading all vendors are REQUIRED to remove all vehicles from this area over to regular attendee parking. All vehicles must be removed by 9:30 AM, regardless of incomplete setup.

Items That Can Be Sold

The items you indicate on your application are the ONLY ITEMS that can be prepared and sold at the event. BE SPECIFIC when listing items on your registration form. 

No drugs or alcoholic beverages permitted at this event.

All food and beverage sales are exclusive to Island Sips Juice & Salads.

Vendor and Display Area

All vendor displays and set ups must fit within your 8 - 10 ft vendor area, including back stock. 

Vendor area must maintain cleanliness at all times. Our event staff will help with this, but it is the vendor's primary responsibility to keep their area clean.

All vendor tables must have a black or branded tablecloth covering the table.

Boxes and/or back stock must be stored in an inconspicuous way, either under your table or in proper storage, out of sight from attendees. We pride ourselves on organization and cleanliness. The more organized and clean your area is, the more likely you are to attract patrons to your station and make signs or collect sign ups.

Tents are not required but are recommended to keep your vendor staff protected from sun and/or other forms of weather. Tents must not exceed designated space. 

Maintaining Set Up

Vendor tables must be set up in their entirety for the duration of the event (from 10 AM - 4 PM) and be attended at all times. Goods on display are the responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor. Additional cords and plugs must be provided by the vendor. Any amplifying devices must not be in competition with the main sound of the event, (ex: radios, microphones, etc.)

No Rain Date - We are exhibiting rain or shine.


The Healthy Lauderhill Marketplace will be held rain or shine. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED due to bad weather or acts of nature. ManifestHer Media & Marketing, LLC. and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibitor property or any other person caused by theft, fire, riots, strikes, acts of God or other causes of whatever nature or kind.


Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their designated vendor area used before leaving premises by 5:30 PM. Any Vendor violating any of these rules and regulations will be asked to leave without refund and may not be permitted to participate in any further ManifestHer Media & Marketing curated events.
