OUR BEGINNING
It Started With A Magazine.
FeelWell™ began at the end of 2023 as FeelWell Magazine.
Founder and Publisher Quadeera Teart had imagined creating magazines, podcasts, television shows, and meaningful media for years, but believed there would eventually be a more perfect time to begin.
The passing of her father changed that perspective.
While everyone else was getting out of print magazines, Quadeera decided to jump in.
Instead of waiting for every resource or circumstance to align, she began with what she already knew how to do: design, write, sell, package ideas, teach, and connect concepts holistically.
At the time, one personal objective kept rising above everything else:
feel well.
That became the name.
And the magazine became the beginning.
WHY WE EXIST
Wellness Was Never One-Dimensional.
What began as a health and wellness publication quickly revealed something larger.
How well we live is connected to how we earn, work, recover, make decisions, build relationships, protect our energy, grow our wealth, lead, and create lives we actually have the capacity to enjoy.
FeelWell™ evolved around that understanding.

Since launching at the end of 2023, FeelWell™ has produced and distributed eight magazine editions and two seasons of the FeelWell™ Podcast, while continuing to expand from a publication into a broader media, advisory, and experiential platform.
