Quadeera Teart is the Founder & Publisher of FeelWell™, a published author, speaker, and business strategist with more than 15 years of experience across branding, media, positioning, sales, marketing, and intellectual property advisory.
Her work has always centered on one thing: helping women trust what they carry enough to build it.

This Work Has Been Following Me My Whole Life.
I was introduced to business long before I knew to call it entrepreneurship. Around eight years old, my parents began pulling me into the family business—writing, organizing, structuring ideas, thinking about how things should look, how they should be communicated, and how people should experience the brand.
Marketing kept following me.
As a young girl, I could already see myself speaking to women. By high school and into adulthood, women were bringing me dreams they could feel but did not always know how to structure. I naturally found myself helping them clarify the idea, rethink what they believed was possible, organize the vision, and move.
That thread eventually became a career spanning branding, business strategy, media, publishing, marketing, positioning, sales, offers, intellectual property, and the development of women and the businesses they are building.
Then life made the work more personal.
IN 2023,I WAS NAVIGATING POSTPARTUM LIFE WHEN MY FATHER PASSED AWAY
His Death Dismantled My Limiting Beliefs
The belief that I needed to wait for some future version of myself to begin the things I had imagined for years—magazines, podcasts, shows, speaking, teaching.
I realized I already had enough to start.
At that point, my daily goal was remarkably simple:
feel well.
That became FeelWell™.
A later business transition created another period of reassessment. I returned to the practices that have repeatedly brought me back to myself: reprogramming beliefs, protected time, sunlight, the ocean, thoughtful work, and what I call unmitigated trust—the willingness to trust what I know before the entire path is visible.
The coast became more than somewhere beautiful to me. It became somewhere I could hear myself again.
And my daughter kept asking questions about the body—simple questions that reminded me how much intelligence we are born with and how easily adulthood teaches us to disconnect from it.
All of those experiences eventually converged into the work I am building now.
I am a woman’s woman. I want women to win.
But I do not believe winning should require us to destroy our health, abandon our relationships, lose ourselves inside our businesses, or become incapable of enjoying what we worked so hard to create.
That is why I build around Wealth, Energy, Longevity, and Leadership. I fully believe this what it takes to do business W.E.L.L.
